Who Are We

Thor Global Defense Group (www.thorgdg.com) was created in 2001, Within a few months they realized the need to have a private range Dedicated to the testing of their rifles and for R&D purposes.
Over the next few years the word got out that there was another gun range in the River Valley. Due to the demand, THOR Elite Firing Range and Gun Club was created in 2008. Several more ranges were added to the existing 150 acre facility which was officially opened to the public. Over the next few years our range members requested more and more products to use on the range.

THOR Elite Firing Range and Gun Club has set very high standards, for us to offer a manufacturer's product it has to be tested and proven for us to have our name connected. We offer the largest selection of firearms, ammunition, and firearms accessories in the United States. And are distributors of more than 12,000 items from 200+ manufacturers. If we DO NOT carry a product then we DO NOT recommend it!

We are proud to have become known as the "ONE STOP SHOP'.

THOR Elite Firing Range and Gun Club is the only Platinum Diamond gun range in the United States. THOR Elite Firing Range and Gun Club has spared NO expense in designing the most start-of-the-art ranges. The Van Buren Arkansas location is our flagship store and it is the most important store in our chain. In 2024 THOR Elite Firing Range and Gun Club, is proud to announce we will expanding across the United States by opening up several franchise locations.

In 2024 we have also been asked to start offering training to revolutionize the industry. We quickly became known as THE world-class training facility. All training will be done at the Van Buren Arkansas location but we will be opening several additional ranges across the world to the public.

From first time shooters to professional shooters our certified firearms instructors, and range safety officers will help you every step of the way.
