Our Gunsmith’s operate on a first come first serve basis. To get your firearm in the queue you will need to call first and our Gunsmith will let you know a date and time to best bring the firearm to them.
*If you are shipping an item to be worked on please call first and let us know your name, the company that is shipping it, date of arrival, tracking information(if you have it), the item that is arriving.
**Failure to follow this will result in the item being shipped back.
90 Days is our current wait time.
*Depending on the complexity of your project and availability of parts/tools wait times may vary.
We regularly try to purge our queue of basic jobs like:
*Pro Cleans, sight install, optic install, muzzle device install ( not including pin and weld) will take 2-4 weeks.
Our Gunsmiths are available by appointment only. They are available this way as if they were available to speak to all the time it would cause a delay in work progressing. We do our best to provide excellent customer service but must balance this with our gunsmithing workload. If we are on the phone, computer, or sales floor then we aren’t gunsmithing.
You can reach us at 479-474-3434
